User Consumer Acknowledgement & Authorization Agreement (or "Agreement") for the “Investment Referral Program” offered by Real Estate Investment Solutions.

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use and membership of the “Investment Referral Program” services offered by Real Estate Investment Solutions. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions posted on the Real Estate Investment Solutions website, www.reinvestmentsolutions.net and all amended terms will be effective immediately.

Eligibility

The services of Real Estate Investment Solutions are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Real Estate Investment Solutions’ services are not available to any person under the age of 18 or temporarily or indefinitely suspended Real Estate Investment Solutions’ members. The Real Estate Investment Solutions’ membership may not be transferred to any other party. Any member registering as a business entity is the representing authority to bind the entity to this Agreement. The membership of a member will be temporarily or indefinitely suspended if the member provides falsified information or tries to commit fraud in any way.

Privacy

Real Estate Investment Solutions uses the personal information of its members, provided by its members, to facilitate its members’ requests of services, such as entails but not limits the matching of property quote and funding requests with agents, licensed loan officers and banks, which may be able to offer funding within the guidelines of the requested scenario. The information provided to Real Estate Investment Solutions by its members will be made available to agents, licensed loan officers, and banks participating in the Real Estate Investment Solutions, “Investment Referral Program” solely for the purpose of fulfilling the member’s request for service such as entails but not limiting the request for assistance in obtaining funding, such requests are fulfilled by Real Estate Investments Solutions by engaging and acting as a referral agent. All agents, licensed loan officers, and banks participating in the Real Estate Investment Solutions’ “Investment Referral Program” have certified to the above and are legally bound to only use the information members of the Real Estate Investment Solutions’ “Investment Referral Program” provided for this reason.

Real Estate Investment Solutions will not sell or rent the personal information of its members to third parties for their marketing purposes without their member’s explicit consent. Real Estate Investment Solutions’ stores and processes the information of their members on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.

Real Estate Investment Solutions, “Investment Referral Program” may use personal information about their members to improve marketing and promotional efforts, analyze service usage, improve content and product offerings, and customize the services to provide their members with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the services.

All members must agree that Real Estate Investment Solutions may use their personal information to contact them, deliver the information which they requested and referred or transfer their personal information to any participating agent, licensed loan officer or bank. By accepting this Agreement and Privacy Policy, members expressly agree to receive this information and actively participate in the referral program.

General

This Agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of the United States as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the boundaries of the United States between United States residents. Real Estate Investment Solutions does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to their services, and operation of the Real Estate Investment Solutions, “Investment Referral Program” may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of the control of Real Estate Investment Solutions. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced. Real Estate Investment Solutions, “Investment Referral Program” retains the right to refuse service on or terminate user account at any point if the program is being used improperly (i.e., false information is provided).

Security

All information of the members of the Real Estate Investment Solutions’ “Investment Referral Program” is stored on Real Estate Investment Solutions’ servers located in the United States. Real Estate Investment Solutions use procedural and technical safeguards to protect the personal information of their members against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers. Real Estate Investment Solutions treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. Real Estate Investment Solutions employs many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" and “perfect performance” does not exist in communications via the Internet.

Fees and Services

The Real Estate Investment Solutions’, “Investment Referral Program” is an unlimited membership and designed to help members obtain funding for real estate. The start up investment for the “Investment Referral Program” membership is $995.00. Real Estate Investment Solutions’, “Investment Referral Program” is a referral program and the purpose of the program is to provide the members of the program with an unlimited network access and a Business Development Officer mentor. Members may be required to complete an application with each participating entity for each piece of real estate they strive to acquire. Costs that may incur in and through the process of acquiring real estate are not included in the membership or program. In addition, members may be required to submit pictures of subject property, construction analysis, estimates or bids, asset statements, YTD P&L or W-2 and exit strategy. Entering into a membership agreement shall be final after a 3 day grace period. Real Estate Investment Solutions is not a mortgage banker or mortgage broker in any state.

Limits of Liability / Disclaimer of Warranty

The creators, authors and publisher of the educational materials included in the Real Estate Investment Solutions’ “Investment Referral Program” and the accompanying referral processes and entities, have used their best efforts in preparing this program. The creators, authors and publisher make no representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, applicability, fitness, or completeness of the contents and fitness of the Real Estate Investment Solutions’, “Investment Referral Program”. The creators, authors and publisher disclaim any warranties (expressed or implied), merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The creators, authors and publisher shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.
